ABOUT

We don't just teach; we build better learners.

THEORY-DRIVEN

Our approach to learning is based on psychosocial behavioral models of change, utilizing the Theory of Planned Behavior and Social Cognitive Theory to ensure students' continuous and sustained growth. We recognize that a student's output is determined by more than just knowledge and we strive to address all contributing factors.

FOCUSED ON LONG-TERM SUCCESS

The college application process (and the job market) continue to become more competitive and the landscape is constantly evolving. We make sure our students are prepared to succeed not only on the next exam, but for the rest of their lives.

BACKED BY SCIENCE

Our teaching pedagogy was founded in neurobiology and neuropsychology research on prefrontal cortex (PFC) processes. Our methodology aligns with the ways in which the PFC plays a central role in cognitive control functions and modulation of cognitive control, which influences attention, impulse inhibition, prospective memory, and cognitive flexibility.

COMPREHENSIVE

We address all metrics of student success, from standardized test scores, to extracurricular activities, interview skills, and more. We're the whole package (and we make sure our students are too).

PERSONALIZED

Classroom settings force students to adapt to a 'one size fits all' model of learning. We recognize that this approach doesn't fit most students. Our one-on-one sessions enable students to pick the style of learning that works best for them. Our educators are trained to identify and adapt to students' needs.

FLEXIBLE

Students often have a lot on their plates. We work to make sure help is available whenever it is needed. Our educators coordinate with on-call shift leaders to ensure student requests (even last-minute ones) are always answered.
